For a manager , i always consider how to make business well

especially now for china mouldand moulding industry, competition is so high.

we have to consider  how to make business well.

i just face some case usually happen, and i don't know what should to do.

customer ask for down price or after do some project and add some extra

work, but they refuse pay for extra work, usually it will cost us around  500-

2000rmb,i don't want to destory the relationship because of  small payment.

but after quantity high, i feel this is high fee that have to support.

so now i really consider, if i need insist on for that or not.
